Effects of organic farming system on some nutritional parameters of tomatoes fruits at different ripening stages

Tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum L.) are the most cultivated and consumed vegetable species in world deserve special attention due to their nutritional functional value. The aim of this study was assess value organically grown tomatoes greenhouses, at different maturity phases. Five hybrids were studied: Antalya F1, Cemile Lorely Tiger F1 Sacher F1. observed parameters each harvest phase were: Content chlorophyll a b, total carotenoids, soluble solids (TSS), ascorbic acid (vitamin C) titratable acidity (TA). Taking into account content TSS TA, taste index established. significantly standing out for all analysed parameters. had carotene 10.3 mg 100 g-1 FW green fruit 17.0 red fruit. Vitamin C 6.2 fruits, increasing 16.0 fruits. mineral depended on hybrid stage. In rose highest K (151.53 100-1 g), Ca (8.16 g-1), Mg with values over 22.0 g-1, distinguish Zn, Cu Fe content. phase, representative almost minerals excepting
